Prior to joining Pivotal, I-Pin has held leadership positions in South East Asia for Polycom, CA Technologies, Oracle and Sun Microsystems. As the Managing Director of South East Asia in Polycom, he was running one of the most profitable regions by reinvigorating the sales force and revamping the channel strategy.In CA Technologies, he was the Area Vice President for Asia South. He achieved a growth rate of 23% YoY and evangelized the adoption of DevOps to top financial institutions as part of their digital banking initiatives. I‐Pin was formerly a technology entrepreneur and the cofounders of two successful start‐up companies.
I-Pin holds a BSc (Honors) in Computer Science and BA (Honors) in Business Economics from Brown University. I-‐Pin was a recipient of the National Computer Board scholarship in 1989

With over 25 years of experience in IT, Jason has demonstrated a consistent ability to help global brands and start-ups break into and expand across Asia-Pacific markets. His focus areas include solution selling, channels, strategic partnerships & alliances. A true technology veteran and pioneer, Jason has worked and led across the cloud computing, enterprise software and mobile & wireless spaces.
Most recently, Jason helped IBM build their Cloud Business Unit; and prior to that, was responsible for establishing Amazon Web Services’ ASEAN partner ecosystem. Jason also started BlackBerry’s Singapore office and drove a period of explosive growth across Asia for the company. Earlier in his career, he evangelized RFID solutions for supply chain asset tracking (a precursor of today’s IoT solutions) and led efforts to make Lotus Notes Singapore’s enterprise collaboration software of choice.

With a vision in mind, he seized the opportunity to start & build an IT focused professional company that stands out, and Matrix Binary was established, with a few partners in Petaling Jaya. It started out as a reseller of infrastructure, before transforming the company to a software development house with focus on Business Process Automation within 2 years.

Over three decades of experience across multiple geographies in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa in diverse industries such as consumer durables, logistics & transportation and forest products. Over 14 years of this experience was with major global logistics players such as DHL and FedEx. Over 5 years of experience, in managing complex global supply chains, for one of the world’s largest pulp and paper companies.
Currently, General Manager – Supply Chain at APRIL. Previous assignments included roles such as Managing Director – Middle East, India and Africa at FedEx and Vice President – Asia Pacific at DHL. Pro bono advisor to a few technology start ups.

Currently at SGTech, Zhihan manages special projects, as well as talent development programmes to strengthen the local talent ecosystem and address the manpower and skills shortage in the tech sector.

Her ultimate career goal is to empower countries (starting with Singapore!) to identify and nurture their unicorn talent, creating initiatives to shape tomorrow’s technology.
